Adam Mickiewicz Institute

The organiser of Polish Pavilion at London Design Biennale 2023 is Adam Mickiewicz Institute – a national cultural institution established in 2000 with the aim of building a lasting interest in Polish culture around the world in cooperation with foreign partners and through international cultural exchange in dialogue with recipients, in line with Polish foreign policy. Over the last 20 years, the Institute has completed projects in over 70 countries on 6 continents. The Adam Mickiewicz Institute is promoted by the Minister of Culture and National Heritage.

London Design Biennale

Established in 2016 by Sir John Sorrell CBE and Ben Evans CBE, London Design Biennale promotes international collaboration and the global role of design with exhibitions and installations that demonstrate the ambition to create universal solutions to problems which concern us all. In 2023, between the 1st and 25th of June, the Biennale explored the theme of ‘remapping collaboration’ in architecture and design.
